I had similar problem with that except with me it was only a few members telling me they werent getting notification email happened a few days bk and seemed to have stopped yesterday
I dont know maybe I did add that mod or something like it way back in january when was still doing all mods manually, I am sure that I'm getting notified with new registrations tho
